Upon a successful virtual consult and completed order with a Peak Vitality doctor, you will receive an email that your prescription has been submitted. Once the medication is dispatched, there are multiple ways for you to track your order.
- You will receive an email from Peak Vitality MD giving you the tracking number. You can directly reply to the email for any further questions or information that you may need and the Support Team will be happy to assist you. You could also contact Peak Vitality MD customer support team here for assistance.
- If a prescription is sent via a Peak Vitality MD partner pharmacy, it will be shipped to you by the pharmacy through FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking number from FedEx or UPS for each shipment. Please note that certain medications that require cold shipping and refrigeration are only shipped from the pharmacies from Monday - Thursday.
